How to say ‘Ea-nāṣir’
How to pronounce ‘𒂍𒀀𒈾𒍢𒅕’. I’ve heard many people write it as ‘Ea-nasir’ and consequently themselves and others read it as ‘Eee-naseer’ but its correct spelling with no diacritics would be something like Ea-naatzir or Ea-naatsir, because ā means a sort of a double-a sound, and the Akkadian ṣ is not an s but rather a tz/ts (it’s the Hebrew צ).
