The best part about Fisherman's Horizon is the sheer variety of NPCs. There's a never-explained "Familiar Face." A drunk in the street. A man called "Middle-aged Psycho" who curses you off when you tell him you hate cats. "Familiar Face #2." The Master Fisherman who came up with the name "Fisherman's Horizon" and has no clue why. "Familiar Face #3." And let's not forget my favorite NPCs of all: the pacifist mayor and his wife, who curiously have an ULTIMA draw point in their home. Sus.
