It's a blend of Tower Defense and Top-Down Action-RPG, where you defend a castle from waves of enemies using traps, barriers, towers and a alchemically-altered super soldier Bellator.

You place towers between the waves and control the Bellator during the attack of enemies.
Bellator can run, dodge, climb, slash, shoot, use various skills.
Battles take place in real time; there is no pause and the ability to change the speed.
You can place additional buildings between waves only. You do not need to repair and upgrade traps, you can only remove unnecessary structures and build others.
As you progress, you unlock new buildings and upgrade Bellator, his weapons and skills.
