GTA SA (SA Direct X ENB & Project Prop - Mod Test)
Just dumb fun. This mod is taxing on high preset, it can go low as 40-30 fps. Too colorful for me, but the water effects look good. I want to mod the game graphic while staying the old vanilla game aesthetic.
