31. Homogeneous PDE, initial condition, characteristic curve method
▼ IMPORTANT ▼ In this video we will see a solved example (solved exercise) of partial differential equations, solved by the characteristic curves method, which consists of parameterizing the variables and solving a system of three ordinary differential equations, in order to obtain the parametric solution of the partial differential equation. Then we remove the parameters to find u in terms of x, y. Everything explained step by step.
