3rd Flight Mobius/Bixler2 Vibration Test
I tried a rubber washer this time between the mount and the mobius. Not much better. The first flight (using only velcro) is the best so far. The lighting was better this time. Earlier in the evening. However, I'm going to have to rethink my mount....
There has been some discussions recently about some of us flying "out of bounds" to the east of our field. If you notice the gravel road leading into our field, it is the eastern boundary that no one should cross. Running parallel to it is an abandoned railroad bed lined with trees on either side. Our property's owner lives on the other side of that railroad bed and has complained about us flying too near her house. Notice at minute 3:00 I was guilty of flying beyond the railroad bed. Viewing it from where I was piloting, I didn't think I came even close. More work to do on that too.....
