ASUS Zenbook S 14 with Lunar Lake Test Conclusion
A few weeks ago, the first notebook with the Lunar Lake chip arrived. Intel had promised a lot, and with that, skepticism and high expectations went hand in hand. There's not much to criticize about the notebook itself; yes, the (nice) display is very reflective, the webcam image quality is more blurry than clear, and a power connector on the right side would also have been desirable. Everything else, however, is very convincing, especially if you set the fan control to whisper mode. As far as Lunar Lake is concerned, Intel has indeed made significant progress over Meteor Lake. Sure, benchmarks are one thing, and Lunar Lake isn't at the top there, but the combination of performance and battery consumption is impressive. The performance of the 140V graphics GPU is another, very positive, surprise.
