Let's go "Druaga1" style and install an SSD into 'something'.
Well, in all honesty this of course had a purpose. First of all, the existing WD 3 TB harddrive was far overkill for just a simple http website. For my own files I have my bigger Server and this Synology is primary there to give me (and my friends/family) files when we need them when we are someplace. But to keep the video more interesting and ssd's currently cheeper than cheese, I thought, why not an ssd in the Synology NAS? Besides, they make less noise than hard drives too and use less energy and I could put the WD Red 3TB in the bigger server. I smell a win-win-win. Or not?
