Fix a Fixed Biffa City - Without any Traffic Lights
In a recent city fix of Biffa, Biffa spent a lot of time tinkering with Traffic Lights. A little bit too much to my opinion. Traffic lights are not really needed at every junction. Look how I fixed this city (Krankdon) without the use of any traffic lights.
