mod creator's synopsis : Doki Doki Forgotten is a DDLC mod set after Sayori's attempt at suicide. Luckily, Sayori is found breathing and alive and was put in a hospital. After the others find out about Sayori, the club starts to breakdown. Things start going wrong. Life isn't the same without your childhood friend. Will things ever go back to how they used to be or will their lives get worse?
