75 Year Old Wrestling Company is Dead (Almost)
The NWA (National Wrestling Alliance) has proud wrestling traditions founded in grappling and athletics but what happened when the style changed? The PPV NWA Samhain was reportedly so bad that the company lost its TV network deal with CW and they are facing budget cuts. If this PPV had gone differently the story could be totally different. Due to one ill advised spot with James Mitchell everyone was very offended. Since the budget cuts there’s hardly any stars and EC3 lumps on as their champion. Billy Corgan is apparently blind to just how far this company has slipped in five years. Samhain was so bad that they didn’t run another PPV for 10 months. They just look like an Indy show now which is actually offensive to some indie shows!
