Cute female musky-rat kangaroo (Hypsiprymnodon moschatus) eating fruit from the rainforest floor. They usually have twins. Here you can see the movement of the babies in the pouch. She builds a nest from dried leaves which she collects and places in her tail, and drags back to the nest. They are the smallest member of the kangaroo family, and are endemic to the tropical rainforests of North Queensland. This footage was filmed from the deck of Crater Lakes Rainforest Cottages.
