This is the scripted cartoon I referenced earlier, the whole reason I made these paper puppets to begin with. Had a lot of fun with this one, especially with bringing the silly idea to life. It's a parody of a Bloop youtube short I saw involving paper drawings with the 'surprise flipping you off' joke concept, where monsters in water have layered disguises. Figured it'd be fun for me to apply that structure to my characters and see what comes of it. Had some fun with the 2D, 3D, and other D joke visuals. Because why not? Plus it's an excuse to bring Godzilla into the 2D realm, even if it is as a physical paper drawing.
