John Kopiski is a Brit who spent much of his life travelling around the world, working his way to almost a hundred countries, trading metal (as you do). Shortly after the collapse of the USSR, he moved out to Russia and despite no previous experience in farming, set up his own farm in the Vladimirskaya oblast, just east of Moscow. Fast forward three decades and what John has accomplished at Bogdarnya is nothing short of incredible. Join me as John takes us on a culinary tour around his hotel and restaurant complex, plus a drive out to the dairy farm (he makes his own cheese - and whiskey). Then book your stay and jump on a train to Petushki.
