Four necessary inspections must be done firstly before loading the lens headlights onto cars, or easy to cause reflections of lighting.
1. Lighting shape and Color Matching
Light up the two lenses to make sure their light shape and color temperature are the same
2. Shape of Tangent Angle
Make sure there is no ghosting near tangent angle
3. Fan and Light-Switching Structure
Light up the two lenses to Make sure fans and light-changing structures are working properly.
4. Make sure no defects, no scratches on the lenses, or no dark spots, no shadows after lit up on the wall.
Install the Lenses on the car after making sure no such problems repeatly.
