A SEA TURTLE OBSERVATORY, AQUARIUM, a veritable open-air MUSEUM, and a TURTLE RESCUE CENTER... Just that!!
I was thinking of including my visit to KÉLONIA in my VLOG #2 on RÉUNION ISLAND (coming very soon!), but to be honest, I was so shocked when I discovered the astronomical amount of waste that turtles can ingest due to marine pollution and the extent to which their balance and reproduction are compromised on Reunion Island that I decided to dedicate an ENTIRE VLOG to KÉLONIA, in an attempt, in my own small way, to help raise awareness about the ravages of pollution... But also and above all, to highlight the amazing work of Stéphane CICCIONE, founder of KÉLONIA, and his team!
Located in Saint-Leu by the sea, KÉLONIA is a MAGICAL and INDISPENSABLE place!
