Eldra Jackson III is the Executive Director of Inside Circle, a nonprofit renowned for its transformative work with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals. After spending 24 years in New Folsom Prison – where he first encountered Inside Circle’s healing circles – he experienced a profound personal transformation that guided him toward a life of purpose and service. Since his release in 2014, Eldra has built a powerful legacy as a facilitator, trainer, and mentor, helping at-risk youth, advocating for criminal justice reform, and redefining healthy expressions of masculinity. His lived experience makes him uniquely credible: a man who turned his life around, then devoted himself to guiding others toward healing and accountability.
