172.5 bpm is a beautiful metronome speed. Modern metronomes are electric or digital devices and they are equipped with a pendulum you can set to different tempi. In the old days metronomes worked mechanically. They were made of wood and had a metal pendulum and a scale to set the tempo.
Improve your rhythmic precision or use this video in another fun (maybe even non-musical) way. Just have fun with it!

⦁ This video is made for educational purposes. The metronome is a useful tool for improving your rhythmic accuracy. For more fun try to interpret the click as off-beats, try different meters or practice playing laid back/ on-top! Just enjoy practicing and let me know how it works! In my experience the has been my insurance to become a better musician and building up confidence in playing live.
I'd be delighted at a thumbs up, if you like the video.
