The best i could do this chamber was 34s with Amos' Bow, i can do 32s within couple tries now POG
My Ganyu is C5 but you can replicate this exactly with C1 Ganyu. Because i dont use any burst or elemental skills; my Ganyu isn't any different from as she were C1.
