The Ultimate Prayer

We dropped deep into the prayer space and then allowed the rest to flow. This was the first class of its type that I have taught and it calls for a deeper embodiment and fullness of Self.
The prayer was laid in affirmation that we are here as caretakers and protectors of the grander body Earth and that our purpose here is to serve the whole by resonating in love by doing what we love to uplift ourselves and those around us.
I also told a story about how I’ve connected with the Earth spirits while living here in Costa Rica
