Process:
For Outer Effect
Set Background Color : #1A1A1A
1- Make 1st Rectangle
Dimension : 100 px * 100 px
Fill Color : #1a1a1a & Alpha Value - 100%
Apply Shadow on the first rectangle :
Color - #000000 & Alpha Value - 70%
Shadow Position : X position: 4 Y position: 4 Blur: 10
Next Step: Duplicate shape by CTRL + D or CMD + D
2- Apply Steps on the 2nd rectangle After Duplication
Dimension : 100 px * 100 px
Fill Color : #1a1a1a & Alpha Value - 100%
Apply Shadow on the second rectangle :
Color - #3a3a3a & Alpha Value - 70%
Shadow Position : X position: -4 Y position: -4 Blur: 10
Combine Each other
For Inner Effect
1- Make 1st Rectangle - Dark one
Dimension : 100 px * 100 px
Remove Fill Color
Apply Border : Size - 5 Color: #000000 & Alpha Value - 70%
Below Background Blur
Apply Object Blur: 5
Next Step: Duplicate shape by CTRL + D or CMD + D
2- Apply Steps on the 2nd rectangle After Duplication
Remove Fill Color
Apply Border : Size - 5 Color: #3A3A3A & Alpha Value - 70%
Below Background Blur
Apply Object Blur: 5
3- Next, make one Rectangle for Mask
Dimension: 100 * 100 px
Random Fill color
Resize both Dark and light rectangle about 120*120 px
In layer select mask and drag to the top of all and then combine all and select mask with shape option by Right-Clicking.
