Day1 Runescape Player Loses Account; (UPDATE 12/31) + (STILL UNRESOLVED)
Hello everyone.
I have made video game videos on yotuube, on and off on this channel since 2007. It all started with runescape and with this 1 character.
It's All documented over decades of legit, 0 rule breaking, positive community gameplay.
So many memories, fun times, and love for the game. GONE.
For no reason, other than I had not logged in, in 6 months - 1year.
Please help @thejagexchannel @runescapesupportteam ....
I'm trying to understand what happend, how it happened and why you are seemingly unable to fix it?
Please re-open older lanes of customer support. This video was made b/c i feel alone and am honestly, hurt... :(
I will remove this video and any other future related content to this issue if/when the issue is resolved.
If an influencer, or JMOD see's this? Feel free to react, (hopefully not to make fun of, but to help), or share with anyone in the company.
I could really use a hand.
I have ALL DOCUMENTATION TO BACK UP MY STORY. Credit cards, screenshots, videos, authenticator still on my phone working, everything.
I'm pushing 40 years old. If I broke a rule, sold my account, or did even the slightest thing wrong? I would take this situation on the chin, like a man and move on...
I have only played the game as intended and supported the game and company.
I just want my account back. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Last reply I got from Jagex was right before the holiday. I hit another snag. I think they left the office until the new year, so i took a break from the issue as well. I'll get back to it this week, and hopefully make progress.
