Spec Miata PIR Cascade Rose City Opener Saturday 5/1/2021
Qualified 13th out of 26. Did OK at the start, but fell off the pace a bit and lost the draft (race was run without chicane, so drafting became important). Several laps in, fellow racer Adam went off in T4 and I passed him, then he worked his way back up to me. I let him by coming into T4 s I could follow him and maybe learn something.
Drafting really makes a difference with no chicane. Used it to my advantage late in the race :)
