did GPT-4o just kill my startup / are we cooked?
Just some rambling on the recent release of GPT-4o, which has essentially blasted the moat of my side-project LinguaLearn. It seems that startups are becoming more and more reliant on fewer and fewer companies to function (Google/Facebook for ads, OpenAI for AI, AWS for hosting/compute). What is the future of AI startups? Are we cooked?
