At the beginning, While the remaining resistance is thinking about a plan, Lloyd gets a notification on his phone about a news broadcast (don't question the fact that he has a phone in this situation-). The broadcast talks about how there is an Oni out on the lose, and that the Oni can shape shift (The reason why the audio is "if you see another person that looks identical to you"). The Oni was Mystake, and since she can shape shift, and she's with the resistance, Lloyd gets the idea of her turning into Harumi (Aka, the plan they came up with originally in the show).
