Part 1 (Ninja Perspective)
Kai and Cole had been sent on a mission to go check up on a farm that had trouble with someone trying to purchase it in the past. Zane and Nya were at the Monastery, finishing up the Bounty due to the damages it suffered during the fight with the Crystal King, and Jay and Lloyd were on patrol in the city.
The Ninja got a signal of an event venue on fire just outside of Ninjago City. Nya and Zane sent a message saying they will handle it, and took the newly renovated Bounty to the venue to put out the fire and to find the perpetrators. When they got there, they notified Jay and Lloyd that they needed assistance, leading up to the events taking place in the video.
Part 2: (Bizarro Perspective)
They wanted to stir up a storm. Make their presence known. But how? What about infiltrating a private event for only the highest class Citizens in Ninjago. Go into disguise, sneak in, and cause chaos.
Their original plan was to turn everyone in the venue against each other, spread rumors and false information to get everyone at each other's throats. But this was.. too boring. So instead, they brought in a handy dandy little weapon, and caused chaos in a.. different way. The Bizarros wanted to have their twins know that they were out there, and that they could strike whenever, wherever, and however they like. And because the Bizarros have access to powers that Lloyd and Nya have repressed, it seems that they just may have the upper hand.
