While the city of Baltimore is known for its inner-city violence, extremely high crime rate, and high murder rate per capital… It has never really been know for breeding serial killers. It could be due to the fact that other high-profile seriel killers such as Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer, or John Wayne Gary, have always stolen the spotlight from lesser known Baltimore born serial killers.
