I ordered a moisture meter. Received the goods, unpacked under the camera.
Inserted batteries. And... not work. Pressed, pressed – does not work.
Having the video evidence, I wrote the seller a message that he received, unpacked, put the batteries but not working.
He advised to replace the batteries which I did.
The device has earned.
I decide to confirm the receipt of the humidity meter with simultaneous opening of the dispute.

Download video and photo evidence.
Attach a screenshot of the web page of the store where I bought the batteries to justify the requested refund.
Next, write a message to the seller. Dear seller. Unfortunately, I am forced to open a dispute because I have no other possibility for redress.
I bought four batteries for ... rubles.
