I have found the best way to manage all my correspondence is to have a Scrivener project with files for different types of email copy and lists of requirements or directions in handy folders right beside my editor for easy reference. And Scrivener has the added advantage of being able to view the document you are following and the one you are writing in in your editor at the same time using Scrivener’s split screen function.

✓ Set up a correspondence project using my Scrivener correspondence template and add your own email swipe files to it.
✓ Gather all the materials you need to attach to your correspondence inside Scrivener.
✓ Create profiles of each of the agents or companies you wish to contact so that you can personalize your correspondence.
✓ Track your correspondence using Scrivener’s outliner view mode and the ultra useful Scrivener labels feature.
