eSmart3 has a problem tracking MPP
Apparently, it's a manufacturing defect. One of many. I searched online and it turns out this model was built for a second. For example, the battery charging efficiency is always calculated as 99% by the software, the measurement circuits are uncalibrated, and the parameters in the app are always set for 12V, even when the system is operating at 24V. The controller simply multiplies the settings by 2 in the firmware...
