this arc stars Giorno Giovanna, the son of Dio Brando the time stopping vampire.....yeh. The arc is set in Italy where Giorno sets his sights on becoming a gangster star by working his way to the head of the italian mafia.
an old manga but brilliant in its own way and should be checked out because of its sheer awesomeness
