Insight Look: 2018 Receptionist of the Year Award
Every year, AICR, runs the Receptionist of the Year competition! This year, the organisation welcomed front office managers, hotel managers, and many others to the Baur au Lac Hotel in the beautiful city of Zürich, Switzerland. Sixteen candidates from around the world presented themselves in front of a jury to compete for the most honorable front desk award. Hosco had an exclusive inside look at this year’s competition and at the winner of the David Campbell Trophy.
