Let's face it! 2020 has been a year like we've never seen before!
Being the perpetual optimist, I see some good lessons from this year that can help us to improve ourselves and our business.
One of the most obvious changes to our work was being forced to work remotely and still operate effectively as teams. Many companies will become more aware that all the productive work does not need to be constrained to the four corners of their physical building. Maybe the executive teams will also become aware that their conventional, and antiquated notion, that they need all of their "talent" to be "employees" may be holding them back from greater performance.
A better process can yield better performance. This is the time for a new start and it's a great time for a better process.
The foundation of that better process is building better teams and building a proactive model.
