No Notice Events: Hospitals must use UNIDIRECTIONAL FLOW
In a No-notice event, the hospital must operate to maximize throughput, allocate resources, and manage the chaos. Non-trauma hospitals will receive patients following an MCI because the trauma centers will be overwhelmed.
