UnMetal is a 2D indie action game that pays homage to the 2D Metal Gear games on the MSX and Gameboy. Released earlier this year, it tells the comedic story of Jesse Fox, who is definitely NOT an elite commando, under arrest for a crime he didn't commit, and must escape a covert military base using his wits and fists. Stealth, puzzles, boss fights and more can be expected. The run isn't glitch heavy, for the most part it's about good execution and reading the room, as there's plenty of RNG.
Any% Easy: Beat the game as fast as possible with no other restrictions. Time is recorded using the game's IGT, which was implemented by the developer following advice and collaboration with the Metal Gear Speedrunners Community!
