Will There Be Gold in Willard Canyon
Welcome to Smokey & Spike Productions. Will there be gold in Willard Canyon. During this video I've hiked as far as possible to prospect the location. Unfortunately the trail had deteriorated and it was very dangerous to attempt climbing further up. Although after some scouting around a perfect location was selected for some placer mining. Ideally my choice was to go after some hard rock samples. Due to terrain and the deterioration of the trail, that adventure is postponed. On the way down there was a switchback on the opposite side of the canyon. The trail looked really good after some more research I'd like to go further up the mountain.
