Rock City is weekly 30 min HR/HM TV program on Friday midnight 24:00,
broadcasted by local station called TV Kanagawa/TVK, and same program
is repeated on 17:30 next Friday.
This digest of soundwave festival was scheduled to be broadcasted on 24:00,
March 11th, but that huge earthquakes/tsunamis hit Tohoku and Kanto area
some hours before the broadcast, therefore, all the TV stations broadcasted
special news programs and TVK did the same on that day.
I heard next day that TVK broadcasted Rock City in the midnight but I couldn't record.
So I recorded rebroadcast version on Mar. 18th.
Even though the one week later of that disaster, there were still problems.
You can see informations of "aftershock" "blackouts" "irregular train services"
on the screen.
Today, one month have passed though, big earthquakes hit Tohoku area again
this evening. After the big one hit, smaller ones hit every 5 minutes
for some hours.
Please do not forget this tragedy and remember everytime you see this footage
and pray for the victims.
