Right now iTransmission is available in tweakbox application and I am not sure when it is going to be removed from it , if it is gone please follow below shown steps to get iTransmission

Sorry guys the method which I had shown in this video no more works please try this alternate method
Move to this website from your PC - https://hollr2099.net/
Then download iTransmission 5 IPA file
You need to install cydia impactor - http://www.cydiaimpactor.com
Then connect the device to your PC and launch cydia impactor , drag the IPA on to the window
Now it will ask for Apple ID and Password , enter them and it will begin installation process
Then you are done...
Make sure to trust the application before opening
