[edit] sorry this isn't full power. i assumed casting the shield added +1 whiteblind stack, but it doesn't. I ulted with only 3 stacks. there's a little bit more damage to have over this.
This is the highest DPS any of my characters can do right now in any circunstance (well other than her in the +75% damage geo domain). Too bad there's nothing suitable to test it on.
