Follow along as I fix a ps5 controller with stick drift. sometimes cleaning can work but not if its damaged. Ill show you one that is and how I fix it without replacing the whole analog stick. As long as there's no major damage to any components or the mother board this fix will work and will last as long as you keep the controller clean from dirt and debris getting in. You'll need some basic tools and a cheap solder iron for this fix.
