EXTRA STEP YOU NEED TO DO! 1st time Descaling this machine
My actual footage of descaling the TK02 for the first time. I did contact Terra Kaffe to ask for their thoughts on what was happening. I share their response in the video. Just so you know, I LOVE MY TK02, this is just a PSA for you before you descale yours.
As I have said before, you cannot expect a machine to do EVERYTHING, on top of making a perfect brew. Cleaning/descaling must be done by us humans!
This video is a little rough (it WAS 7am) but it is worth putting it up for you to learn from. Hope this is worth 4 minutes of your day.
