Make the most out of every box draw/iconic moment in pes mobile. No need to buy black ball players using scouts!
If you buy a black ball, gold ball and silver ball player together in boxdraw, just buy 1 silver ball player before using box draw the next time.
If you buy a black ball player and 2 silver ball players, buy a gold ball player, then a silver ball player and then only use box draw again.
Make sure you sign players in the order-- 1 black ball player--1 gold ball player-- 1 silver ball player-- 1 black ball player--etc.
You can get 6 or 7 black ball players surely using this method, without wasting gp.
To buy silver/gold ball players, use the free ones you get from event mode/ use scouts (4 star ones + 3 star ones)
Don't sell the black ball players you don't like. If you get 3 of those, you can trade :)
The only player I bought via scouts was Cristiano (before finding this legit method) and the rest were signed through box draw and trade :)
