The motto behind the use of these Pronouns is to avoid the repetition of Nouns already mentioned. So, Now it's apparent that a Personal Pronoun can never be used without a noun previously mentioned to which it (Personal Pronoun) refers.
Yea , it may be used on a condition that there should be a noun in front of the speaker who refers to it directly.
Further more , the Personal Pronouns have been categorized under Three Persons named as First Person, Second Person and Third Person for understanding further lesson in Tenses.
