To begin, open the "This PC" window by double clicking on the “This PC” icon on the desktop or by clicking on "Start" button, searching for This PC, and selecting "This PC" from the menu.
Next, click on the three dots on the top bar of the file explorer Window and click on the, "Map Network Drive".
In the "Map Network Drive" window, select a drive letter that you would like to use for the shared drive. This will be the letter that you will use to access the shared drive on your computer.
In the "Folder" field, enter the path to the shared drive. This is the network address of the shared drive and can typically be found by asking the administrator or the person who set up the shared drive.
