Which is the winner?
Note: I own a New Nintendo 3DS XL (Majora's Mask Edition) and I have the game. Support the game developers buying the game.
Observations:
Nintendo 3DS have a 240p resolution, and Citra 3DS Emulator shows HD graphics.with even x10 native resolution. That mean even 4K!
Game runs at 30 FPS in both systems since the game is 30 FPS locked.
You can play the game at FHD (1080p) and UHD (4K)
With the 3DS you can play it wherever you want and even at 3D.
With the PC emulator, you can play it at 4K in your bedroom with a Xbox controller.
