MY META QUEST 3 DIED AT 90HZ DUE TO OVERHEATING USING AIRLINK VR!
If this happens to you please let your Meta Quest 3 cool down for a couple or 3 hours;
Then hold down the Power + the Volume - or volume - button at the same time for 30 seconds until you see the Meta Logo or Android Bot;
If the LED switches back on but nothing else happens, let the Quest 3 alone for 2 to 3 hours also and repeat the power on reboot steps;
I had only changed the frame rate to 90Hz and MBPS to 200, I didn't change any screen resolution whatsoever, and used Steamvr default settings while maxing out most of the F1 VR 2023 settings. It might not overheat for some games, while it might for others - if want to run 90Hz you may need to tune down the graphic in-game settings and or tune down the MBPS settings to 100 maybe? no idea! more testing required.
