Cyberpunk 2077 [FIX] Lightning Breaks (Panam/Hellman) loading bug

Just came across this today so I thought I'd record a video of me fixing it thanks for watching share with anybody that needs help
Fix:
-(Optional ✅) Verify Files
-(Optional❓) Do another gig
Turn off Slow HDD mode (Make sure when you launch the game, menu or in game doesn't matter, you turn it on then off.)
