Appwrite is an open source backend-as-a-service (BAAS) tool, and it's positioning itself as a truly Firebase alternative. In this video I'll give you a short introduction about its features, how can you install it on your virtual machine or your server, and finally I will create a simple Flutter app to demonstrate how to do a basic setup and how to create a database record and how to upload a file from your device.
