Installing Hand Controls for Driving - DIY - From Amazon
A special episode where I install some hand controls on my C43 AMG Wagon. Got the kit from from Amazon. I used the Drifreez DF SC-GDH100 but it comes in a few different brands. I show my DIY install and some of the small issues I ran into. Total install with all the changes and filming while I went was about 2.5-3 hours. I ended up moving the steering wheel up and out as far as it goes and it gives me more room for my hand. Enjoy!
Added notes: I did this because I tore my Achilles tendon. People that are paraplegic would use these types of devices all the time. I can see how these would really give you back a lot of freedom.
