I like to show you the email i got from Pebble showing how to Fix Bluetooth Connectivity Pebble SmartWatch with Proper Setup. i ate when my iPhone loss the BT connection and i had to re-setup my pebble every time.

Thank you for your report
Please try the following steps:
1. Tell the iPhone to forget about the Pebble
2. Delete the Pebble app
3. Reset the watch to factory settings
4. It will now show up on the bluetooth list as pairable, pair it.
5. Install the pebble app (do not do this before pairing, it will stop the
whole process)
